The Dota 2 world is closing out March with a banger, as ESL One Birmingham returns! 16 of the best Dota teams out there will be battling it out in the UK to secure the crown at one of Dota’s most famous events!

ESL One Birmingham 2026 Schedule & Format

Running from 22 to 29 March, ESL One Birmingham is bringing us a whole week of exciting Dota 2 action! The event kicks off with a group stage, running from 22 to 26 March , with two groups of 8 teams battling it out. The top two of each group advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs, teams ranked 3rd & 4th advance to the lower bracket, and the bottom four of each group are eliminated!

The playoffs are then taking place from 27 to 29 March, with an exciting Bo5 grand final to close things out. These playoffs are played in a double elimination format, with the top two teams from each group having the advantage of starting in the upper bracket.
