ESL One Birmingham 2026 Schedule & Format

The event takes place from 22 to 29 March, with teams starting off in two groups of 8. The group stage will last from 22 to 26 March, with the top two teams of each group advancing to the upper bracket of the playoffs and the 3rd and 4th places teams advancing to the lower bracket. Teams that place 5th to 8th in their groups will be eliminated.

This leaves the playoffs, which will go on from 27 to 29 March. They’re played in a double elimination format, but, as mentioned, only the top two teams of each group will start in the upper bracket.
